Who we are

We run a board, not a maze

TalentQubo is a small Tasmanian placement team. We speak to the employer first, write the listing ourselves, and take it down the moment it is filled — which is why the board is always short. If you message us, you get an answer from the person who wrote the row.

  • Listings written by us after speaking to the employer
  • Applicants across Hobart, Launceston and Devonport
  • Rows removed as soon as a position is filled
  • Hours arranged around study, family or a second job

★★★★★

The row said the position was open and it actually was. After weeks of dead listings elsewhere that felt like a small miracle.

ErinLaunceston, TAS
★★★★★

I had never done office work of any kind. Training took an afternoon and someone answered my questions all through the first week.

BlakeDevonport, TAS
★★★★★

They told me one position had just gone rather than wasting my time. Two days later they sent me a better one.

FAQ

Asked most often

Do I need experience?

No. Every row on the board is written for people starting out and includes online training before your first shift. Turning up when you say you will matters far more.

What do I need at home?

A laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection and a quiet corner. If a position needs anything else, it is written in the row before you apply.

Can I set my own hours?

Yes. Tell us your window and we only show you rows inside it. Most people work between 15 and 30 hours a week.

How fast can I start?

Once you have messaged our HR team on WhatsApp, the chat is usually within two days and the first shift follows in the same week.
